Bonghoven- Bengalis in Eindhoven. Bengali is a rich Indian language, recognized as the sweetest language by UNESCO. It is mainly spoken by the people from the eastern state of India - West Bengal and Bangladesh.
It started back in 2015 with celebration of Swaraswati pujo. Later, the scale and coverage of the events were expanded in 2017 with Durgapujo and Naba barsha (Bengali new year). Every year, we celebrate three events -- Swaraswati pujo, Naba barsha and Durga pujo. These events are attended by people from a wider radius --  all parts of the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland. Of course, people from various parts of India attend, support, and participate in various cultural activities.  The signature of our events is the homely and welcoming atmosphere which is appreciated by our beloved guests over all these years. We are looking forward to welcome you in our next event.
